In the event that the goods are not found to meet your requirements, you may return the carpet or rug within the time allocated for this procedure.
You are welcome to take another carpet or rug under the same conditions, until you find that which is suitable to your needs.
Our website includes details of measurements and prices for each type of carpet. As the majority of our carpets are hand-made, a slight difference in the measurements may occur. In all events, the measurements given are the absolute minimum.
We have invested a great deal of effort to give you the best pictures and information of any carpet or rug appearing in this site. However, the colours are not always an identical match due to the restrictions of current technology. We would be happy to assist in any way with further information whether by email, telephone or, where possible, with samples.

We provide a one year guarantee on every carpet and rug sold. This guarantee does not apply to carpets or rugs sold on special offer. The purchaser is obliged to immediately inform us of any observed defect. We are not responsible for any additional or expanded damage caused by failure to submit an immediate notification of defect.
